Furnished 2.5-room apartment in green and central Wiedikon - from mid-July

I am subletting my furnished 2.5-room apartment in Wiedikon from around mid-July 2026 for approximately 6 months, with the possibility to extend.
The apartment is located in a very central but green and quiet area, close to Sihlcity, Schmiede Wiedikon and Wiedikon station. Public transport connections by train, tram and bus are excellent, and the lake can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood is safe, lively and full of restaurants, cafés, bars, ice cream shops and supermarkets. There is also a running track and plenty of green space nearby.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a very practical layout with separate rooms, a bright living area, an equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace with sunshade, which can be used comfortably throughout the year. It will be rented furnished, including bed, wardrobe, table and basic household equipment.
