During my semester abroad, I am renting out my furnished 1-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a modern new building (built in 2021) in St. Gallen.

-HSG (University of St. Gallen) can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by public transport

-Preferably student. What's particularly important to me is cleanliness and careful, respectful handling of the apartment and its furnishings while I'm away.
