For long-term rentals (from 10 months), the electricity will be billed directly by EW Urnäsch. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, so you can move in and live.
For weekly rentals, the rent is approximately CHF 500.00 including ancillary costs. Laundry and final cleaning will be billed separately.
There is free parking near the house at the train station. The apartment is wonderfully central and can also be easily reached by public transport.
The apartment is also ideal for someone who wants a beautiful seat in the Appenzellerland for the weekends and wants to escape the city air by train. Urnäsch is a wonderful village, the area is lovely for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, skiing, etc.
