In the characteristic residential area of Morcote, we rent a charming, furnished 2.5-room attic apartment, very sunny, on the 2nd floor with a splendid view of the lake.

The apartment has a characteristic entrance hall that separates the day and night areas.

We access by climbing the first staircase where we find a beautiful, bright bedroom from which you can admire the surrounding view of the lake and mountains. Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom with a shower, sink with underlying cabinet and cabinet with mirror, windowed.

Returning to the entrance hall, we climb the stairs and find ourselves in the attic day area where there is an open-plan kitchen and adjacent living area. Small balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment has a shared laundry room with the other 3 apartments. There is no cellar, but there is a small private house outside. The monthly rent is CHF 1'480.- and includes ancillary costs and an outdoor parking space. Availability is immediate or to be agreed upon and the required deposit is 3 months' rent and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
