From July 15th, we are looking for a sublessee for a very bright 4.5-room apartment on the first floor in Coldrerio with: 2 terraces, one of which is very large, 2 parking spaces, one of which is covered and one uncovered, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool tub.

The monthly rent is 1450 CHF + 150 CHF in expenses (including heating, hot water, condominium fees, etc.). The 150 CHF are subject to settlement, but in the 4 years that I have been a tenant, I have never had to pay anything extra.

The location is optimal: the bus is literally in front of the house, there is an internal street protected from cars that allows you to reach the supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria/bar, green spaces, post office and all other services in a maximum of 2 minutes on foot. The Italian border is 5 minutes away by car.

I would like to conclude by highlighting what I believe are the two true strengths of this accommodation. First, the context: the condominium is very quiet, silent and the neighbors are kind and available. Second, the owner: in 4 years I have never had any problems, he has always shown himself to be incredibly available in case of need or repairs and is by far the best landlord I have ever had.
