ATTENTION: priority will be given to people who agree to buy most of the furniture (sofa, tables (1x round marble, 1x rectangular glass), kitchen furniture, 2x wardrobes with dressing room (one large and one small), complete bed (mattress + bed base), 3x dresser, washing machine, etc.) for 3300 CHF

The apartment consists of:
- large entrance hall
- WC & bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- living room with open, fully equipped kitchen (fridge + freezer, dishwasher, stove + oven)
- small room, perfect for an office
- large bedroom with large wardrobe with dressing room
- small storage room, same size as the bathroom
- large balcony overlooking the living room, small room and bedroom
