I rented this room about a year ago to pursue my electronics hobby in a more professional environment and take my first steps into self-employment. In the meantime, my professional priorities have changed, which is why I unfortunately can't use the room as much as I would like. Therefore, I'm looking for a suitable subtenant who appreciates the possibilities of this atelier just as much as I do.

The room is ideal as an atelier, workshop, creative space, or office for manual and technical projects. I particularly liked the generous window front, the pleasant lighting conditions, and the fact that the room doesn't overheat excessively even on warm summer days. With occasional ventilation, there is always a pleasant room climate.

During my time here, I have implemented many exciting projects and spent countless hours with friends. The atmosphere in the building is very pleasant. The other tenants are friendly and uncomplicated, and the administration takes care of the property in an engaged manner. Information about maintenance work or planned interruptions is always communicated in good time, and in case of concerns, support is provided quickly.

There is a CrossFit studio in the same building. This can make it a bit more lively at times. However, I personally never found this disturbing.

The location is easily accessible on foot as well as by bike. The walk from the old town to Burchardstrasse was often a pleasant contrast to my working day. Those who want to get around a bit faster can easily reach the room by bike.

I'm not giving up this room because there's something wrong with it - on the contrary. If I could use it regularly, I would gladly keep it. All the more reason I'm looking forward to finding a subtenant who fills the room with new life.

PS: If you're interested in taking over furniture or electrical equipment (soldering station, 3D printer, etc.), I'm willing to pass it on for a symbolic price.
