I'm looking for a flatmate for my apartment in District 4.

A bit about me: I'm 30, have been living in Zurich for four years, and work for a Belgian startup. Lately, I've been traveling a lot for work, and that's why I'm looking for someone to share the apartment with instead of leaving it half empty. For you, that means: you'll often have the apartment to yourself. When I'm around, I'd love to have someone to cook with, have a glass of wine, and just get along well.
I place a lot of value on considerate cohabitation and a well-kept home.

The apartment: A bright, beautiful old building apartment with high ceilings, stucco, and parquet flooring. Open living and kitchen area, plenty of light, and a nice balcony. The second bedroom is approximately 15m² in size and has a balcony facing the backyard. From the apartment, you can reach the Stauffacher tram stop in under 2 minutes on foot, meaning everything in Zurich is easily accessible. The supermarket is also within a few minutes' walk. The rent is CHF 2,300, including utilities.
