English version below __ Über die WG:Dreier-WG in einer grossen hellen Wohnung (ca. 260 m2). Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer (27.5 m2) und sein eigenes Bad (5.5 m2)! Alle drei Zimmer sind in etwa gleich gross und ha-ben einen eigenen Ausgang auf den Balkon. Zusätzlich ist die Wohnung sehr modern und grosszügig ausgestattet. Im Haus gibt es eine gemeinsame und gut organisierte Waschküche. Einen Kellerabschnitt für unsere Wohnung ist auch noch vorhanden. Das Zimmer kostet pro Monat ca. CHF 2'060.00 inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet. Es müssen drei Monatsmieten als Depot hinterlegt werden. Die Wohnung liegt in Oerlikon - Kreis 22 - in 25 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Man kann zu Fuss an den Bahnhof Oerlikon laufen oder direkt vor dem Haus gibt es eine Bushaltestelle (Riedbach, Linie 782, 787) und etwas weiter eine Tram-station. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut (Migros, Coop, Aldi und Denner). Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage für monatlich CHF 250.. Achtung, das Zimmer wird ohne Inventar sein. Über Dich:Eine/n berufstätige/n Mitbewohner/in zwischen 25-40 Jahren. Du wirst einen Untermietvertrag erhalten (mit gleichen Rechten und Pflichten wie die Hauptmieter) nichts destotrotz ist eine feste Arbeitsstelle ein MUSS. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine Ersatzfamilie. Der respektvolle Umgang untereinander ist uns sehr wichtig. David, spricht deutsch und englisch, 32 Jahre alt, arbeitet im FinTech bereich und derzeit an der Masterthesis. Hobbies sind Crossfit, Joggen, Tauchen, und seit neustem mit dem Velo die Stadt erkunden.
