How can I access my application dossier?
It is quite simple: You create an ImmoScout24 user account. This keeps your file safe and only you have access to it. You can then sign in at any time using your smartphone, tablet or computer, modify your dossier and send applications.
Can I send the dossier directly from ImmoScout24 for all applications?
Hopefully soon. The online application is quite new and not yet available for all properties. However, we are working on its widespread introduction. You will nevertheless benefit from your dossier: If it is not possible to apply directly, simply download it as a PDF file and send it by e-mail or post.
How do I find out what information and documents the landlords need from me?
No worries! We guide you step by step through all the required information and make sure that you do not forget anything. In order to further increase your chances, we also show you where you can score points with the landlords thanks to additional information.
