Apartment search on ImmoScout24

What is your dream apartment? Perhaps a 90m2, 3.5-room penthouse with balcony, for less than CHF 2,000? By using our search tool, you can find a dream apartment that ticks all your boxes.

Starting your search
First, go to the current listings on ImmoScout24.
In the search tool, enter WHAT you are looking for and WHERE. You can refine your search using the drop-down list.
Under WHAT, click on the down-arrow to display a selection of property types.
In the WHERE field, the drop-down list will appear as soon as you start typing a location or postcode.
Click on SEARCH...
... and all suitable properties will appear in the results list below the search tool.

Filtering your results
As soon as you have clicked on SEARCH in the search tool, the FILTER SEARCH RESULTS options will appear.
Under GROSS RENT (in the case of rental properties) or PURCHASE PRICE (in the case of properties for sale), you can specify the minimum and maximum price of your new home.
Under ROOMS, you can specify how many rooms you expect your new home to have.
Under SURFACE, you can specify how many square metres (minimum/maximum) your new home should be.
The corresponding properties will appear in the results list as soon as you have set the search filter.

Performing an extended search
Click on «SHOW MORE CRITERIA» to bring up a menu with five additional search filters.
Under SUB-CATEGORIES, click on «All selected». A pop-up window will appear where you can refine your search even further. Tick the sub-categories that you wish to include in your search and then click on «Ok».
Under PROPERTY CHARACTERISTICS, click on «All selected». A pop-up window will appear where you can refine your search even further. Tick the property features that you wish to include in your search and then click on «Ok».
Under OPTIONS, click on «All selected». A pop-up window will appear where you can refine your search even further. Tick the options that the advertised property should feature and then click on «Ok».
Under AGE OF ADS, you can use the drop-down list to choose between advertisements published today, ones that are a maximum of two weeks old or all advertisements.

Sorting the results list
The RESULTS LIST appears below the search tool. The total number of properties found is always shown first, along with the options display and sort.
Under DISPLAY, you can choose between list view and gallery view. How the results are shown will depend on the option that you select.
With the SORT function, you can determine the order in which your results appear. For example, you can specify that the property with the lowest rent is shown first. Or you can even sort the results according to postcode.
