Improperly used contact forms
What should you do if you receive an improperly used contact form? Do not react to it and report it to ImmoScout24 Customer Service.
An improperly used contact form does not always look the same and is not always from the same sender (supposed interested party).

An example of an improperly used contact form.
However, there are various features which help you recognise such a form.

In most cases, an inappropriate e-mail stands out because
  • no plausible name is specified
  • the address is missing
  • the e-mail address is missing or the e-mail address of the sender specified as the interested party does not appear to be trustworthy (e.g. wanita24_efua@yahoo.com)
  • the «Sender's message» appears to have nothing to do with the property being offered, the standard text remains unchanged or no message whatsoever is included
If you receive an inappropriate contact form, then you should not react to it and not reply to the sender. We can safely assume that such e-mails have been sent by fraudsters. This is the way that e-mail addresses are collected to be used at a later date for spam attacks.

Please report any such misuse to our Customer Service.
