You can change your password giving you access to the ImmoScout24 Members’ section as many times as you like in "Member data" in the "Login data" box. However, once registered, your user name can no longer be changed. The password must include at least 6 successive characters and special characters are not allowed.

Creating a new address

Apart from your billing address which you entered when you registered, you can also create additional addresses that can feature in your advertisements as contact addresses. When entering an address, you must fill in all the mandatory boxes, so they can be saved. If a new address has only a few changes, you can copy an existing address using the Copy symbol.

Addresses that have already been entered can be modified at a later stage. Please note that any modifications will feature in all advertisements showing this particular address.

In order to be able to delete an address, it must not feature in any current advertisements. You can see how many times an address has been used from the number to the right of the house symbol. If you click on this number, this will display the advertisements that use this address.

If you want to delete an address that is still being used in advertisements, you must firstly replace the address in the respective ads. If an address is no longer in use, you can delete it by clicking on the "X".

Please note that the billing address cannot be deleted but can be used as an address in an advertisement. If no additional address has been entered, the billing address will be used as the default contact address in the advertisement. If you want to use an additional address you have entered as the default contact for new properties, click on the square symbol.
